Aidan courtside on the clay at training

Our Head Coach

Aidan

Before building GTA, Aidan helped grow one of Australia’s leading tennis academies, while also training as a player.

He holds a Bachelor of Physics, with a strong focus on sports biomechanics has helped develop some of Australia’s leading junior players, including the No. 1 ranked 10-year-old girl in Australia.

Today, his focus is on building GTA into a strong community of junior and adult players who want to improve, challenge themselves and enjoy the process.

The mental side

Aidan has spent years developing a deep understanding of the mental side of tennis, with his work recognised by some of the world’s leading players, including Nick Kyrgios and former World No. 5 Jack Draper.

He brings this understanding into his coaching, helping young players develop confidence, resilience and problem-solving skills that support their development both on and off the court.

“We develop better tennis players, but the lessons — resilience, discipline, independence and problem solving last far beyond the court.”
